hey--so did mine! i pick up my new(-ish) lap top from computer services tomorrow. i've decided that macs drive me crazy.

i'm still thinking about your question (about the book)...and am still unable to find a good answer--but thinking.
i'm happpy to hear someone praise computer support.
they hear a lot more complaints than compliments!
